There are eight flights, as follows: Baltimore to Chicago, Detroit to Chicago, Panama City to Baltimore, Chicago to El Paso, Chicago to Detroit, Baltimore to Panama City, Panama City to El Paso, and Chicago to Panama City. Describe the minimal number of flights that are needed for Mustang Sally and Sandra Dee to make the trip.
