Linear Codes over Finite Fields [HB 107]

Changes:

• Verbose output has for the best known linear codes, with flag BestCode, has been re-written to be more user friendly. It now outputs construction steps in a point-wise fashion, rather than using indenting. The new output is especially helpful for complex code constructions.

New Features:

• A new database for codes over GF(4) contains constructions of best codes up to length 100. The database is over 98% complete, the first missing code appearing at length 92. Many of the codes constructed in this database are vast improvements on the previously known bounds for best codes over GF(4).
